Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received or as mutually agreed. Payments are currently accepted via bank transfer. A team member will share the details post-order.
2. Order Cancellation & Refunds
- We may cancel and refund orders if justified.
- Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable.
- As a small sustainable brand, we cannot cancel orders once production begins.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are specified on your invoice. Since our products are handmade, please allow for small delays.
4. Product Inspection & Defects
Please notify us of any defects upon delivery. Once accepted, we do not offer fixes or replacements.
5. Product Care
Clean your mirror gently using a microfiber cloth only.
